Shipping
Everything ships from Sweden. Orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME] on a weekday leave the same day; everything else goes out the next working day.
What it costs
- Free on orders over €35
- Under €35, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and basket weight
The exact price always shows before you pay — there's nothing added afterwards.
How long it takes
Dispatch is within 24 hours on weekdays. Delivery time after that depends on where you are:

Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel is scanned. If the tracking hasn't moved for several days, email us and we'll chase it.
A note about summer
Chocolate and foam sweets do not enjoy a hot postbox. Between roughly June and August we pack heat-sensitive items more carefully, but we can't control the temperature of a delivery van.
If your parcel arrives warm, give it a few hours somewhere cool before opening. If something arrives genuinely ruined, photograph it and email us — we'll sort it out.
Customs and duties
Orders inside the EU carry no extra charges. Outside the EU, your country may add import duty or VAT on delivery, which is set by them and not by us.
