Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Because this is food, we can't accept opened packets back — but if something arrives damaged or melted, email us and we'll sort it.

Full ingredient and allergen information is printed on every packet. Most of our sweets are made in facilities that also handle milk, soy, wheat and nuts.

Store somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Chocolate and foam sweets don't love a hot postbox — in summer, bring your parcel in promptly.
